Pastoralstaff.com works a little differently than other blog sites.

You may submit any Ideas, Issues, Questions, or Prayer Requests for consideration without being a member of the site. We’ve done this because we want to make it easy for staff ministers to receive the confidential help they need. Our small group of advisors will review your submission and edit it, if necessary, before posting it anonymously. You’ll then be able to see how members of the community respond.

Members of the PastoralStaff.com community are staff pastors and ministers who want to comment on blog entries and who might feel a sense of connection with us because of the free and helpful service we provide to ministry peers. Membership is free. All we ask is that you complete a simple survey that gives us a little background information on you. We keep all that to ourselves; it simply helps our small group of advisors to get to know you better.
